This draft explains how Practico Solution Inc. (“Practico”, “we”) handles information submitted through this marketing website and proposed-pilot enquiries. It does not describe an unlaunched clinic application.

The pilot inquiry form asks for your name, clinic or business name and email address. Phone number, number of locations and a message are optional. If you email us, we receive the information in that email. Do not submit patient records, insurance identification numbers, medical information or other personal health information through this website or by email.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries and discuss a possible pilot. We may also use feedback to improve how we describe and build Practico.
Service providers
The website source includes Vercel Analytics in production builds. The pilot form is configured in source to use Resend only when its server-side configuration is present. The repository does not verify the deployed hosting, analytics, email-delivery or other provider configuration. We will update this draft after those operational details are confirmed.
Cookies, retention and location
We have not verified the deployed site's cookie configuration, retention practice, deletion process or processing locations. We do not make a Canadian-residency or deletion-timeframe promise in this draft.
